#myPDtoday - Being specific about where and what you need to improve is key to making changes and developing a workable plan. How do you decide what and where to improve? How does reflection guide you learning and development?

Professional Learning requires you take time to identify your strengths and gaps in order to focus the time you have for improvement. Although it is easy to join a bookchat or a read the recommendations of others, this doesn’t always provide a foundation for learning that will help you improve and develop. Taking time to critically reflect on areas where you have strengths can also help you identify areas where you might also need improvement. Working on both, strengths and gaps, is important for continuing development and growth.

Every day is a PD day!
