Innovation often means whole paradigms will shift - are you ready for a shift? What are you doing each day to prepare for a shift? How will you take advantage of these shifts?

This requires us to be constantly learning and growing as professionals. It also means making space to take risks and try new things. It’s less about what is in some trick or tip and more about building culture and relationships in the classroom.

Testing and grading are still a part of school but that doesn’t mean there isn’t other opportunities. And, as the paradigms shift in many of these areas, being able to support learning through a number of different avenues is important.

How are you developing skills in providing feedback? In supporting collaborative work? In managing a more dynamic classroom?

Every Day is a PD Day.
